Industries / Warehouse and Logistics

Warehouse shifts at volume, paid and billed from the same hours.

Fill shifts, record who turned up, and produce the payslip and the invoice from the same hours.

Forklift licences are checked by truck category, so a reach truck booking will not accept a counterbalance-only licence.

Weekly payroll for hundreds of workers.

Our system builds every payslip and every invoice from the same approved hours, so a four-hundred-worker week does not take ten times as long as a forty-worker one.

  • Payroll you do not have to check line by line

Our software automatically works out holiday accrual, pension and student loan for each worker, and builds the payslip from the hours your client already approved. Nothing is re-keyed, so there is far less to check on a Thursday night.

  • Three weeks of warning on AWR

Our system helps you track the twelve-week clock for every worker on every site, and warns you at week nine. That gives you time to agree the new rate with your client instead of absorbing it yourself.

  • Have the attendance figures first

You get a straightforward count of who was booked, who clocked in and who did not, for every shift and every client. When your client raises fill rates in the review, you already have the number.

What we check in warehouse and logistics

  • Licences by category

Each truck category is held separately on the licence, and the booking checks the one the job needs.

  • Rest between shifts

Rest and consecutive-day limits are applied when the shift is created.

  • One set of hours

The payslip and the invoice are both produced from the approved hours, so they cannot disagree.

The schemes, and how each card gets checked

Set up already, with the awarding body and the way each card is checked.

  • Checked and recorded

    RTITB

Workplace transport, including counterbalance and reach forklift, by truck category.

  • Checked and recorded

    ITSSAR

Workplace transport, widely used in distribution and warehousing.

  • Checked and recorded

    AITT

The third of the main workplace transport bodies.

  • Checked against the scheme

    NPORS

The other plant scheme, used alongside CPCS and accepted on most sites.

  • Checked and recorded

    Lantra

Workplace transport and confined space, graded by the risk level of the space.

  • Checked and recorded

DVSA — Driver CPC and ADR

Driver CPC alongside the DVLA licence, and ADR for carriage of dangerous goods by road.

  • Checked automatically

    Home Office right to work

Not a qualification, which is why it is the one requirement nobody can override. Checked once from a share code and reused.

We will show you this working

We can show you warehouse and logistics running end to end: a shift created, a card checked, a booking refused, hours approved, and the payslip and invoice that follow.

Send us your requirements

Send us the cards and checks your warehouse and logistics sites ask for. We will set them up in Bonim and show you the checks running.
