For agencies

One system, from the shift to the books.

Most agency software does the front end well and hands you a CSV at the end. The bit it hands over is the bit that eats your week. Bonim runs the whole chain — hours, pay, invoices, ledger — with the rules of site work built into it.

How a week runs

Each step reads from the one before it, so nothing gets typed in twice and the payslip and the invoice come from the same hours.

  1. 01

    The shift

Raise it, fill it, or put it on the board for anyone qualified to take. The system checks cards and hours before anyone is booked on.

  2. 02

    The hours

Clocked in from the worker’s phone, with the location recorded. Your client approves them, or queries them, in their own login.

  3. 03

    The pay

Worked out from the approved hours. PAYE, CIS, umbrella and limited company, with holiday, pension, advances and student loan handled.

  4. 04

    The invoice

Same hours, your agreed charge rate, billed from the right company with the right VAT number.

  5. 05

    The books

Every one of those lands in a proper double-entry ledger as it happens. You get a trial balance, not a CSV to reconcile.

The costly mistakes get stopped

Compliance is usually a spreadsheet somebody keeps meaning to update. Here it is part of booking someone on, so it cannot quietly fall behind.

  • A worker whose card ran out yesterday cannot be booked on.
  • A turn that breaks the minimum rest rules is stopped before it is booked.
  • The AWR clock runs from week one for each site, and you are warned before the twelve weeks are up.
  • Right to work is checked once and reused, with the evidence kept.

Your business stays yours

  • Your clients are your clients. They are never listed or offered to another agency, and they do not have to be on the platform at all for you to use it.
  • Your workers are not a directory. No other agency can browse your people. A worker’s record follows them elsewhere only if they choose, and they can change their mind.
  • Your rates are yours. We charge you a subscription. We do not take a cut of your margin, and we do not negotiate it on anybody’s behalf.

Take on work you could not cover alone

A client wants one supplier across forty sites and you cover twelve. Normally you would have to pass on it. Here you can take it and give the rest to other agencies on the platform, with the cards checked on both sides and the hours adding up — and neither of you seeing the other’s margins.

It helps in the other direction too. Filling six shifts out of ten stops being a client you let down, and quiet weeks find work without you having to win a new client for it.

Whoever employs the worker stays their employer, with the payroll and right-to-work duties that go with it. The AWR clock follows the site, so passing someone through a different agency does not reset it.

Where we have got to

  • Pay, bill and compliance work today. Hours through payroll and invoicing into a posted ledger. That is the part we will sit down and show you.
  • Passing work between agencies is next, and an open market for temp shifts after it.
  • We run an agency ourselves. It is how this gets tested on real hours before you see it. Worth knowing either way, so we would rather tell you than have you find out.

Bring us a week of real hours

One payroll week of yours, run through the system, next to what it takes you now. That tends to answer more than a demo does.
