Agencies pay. Hirers do not.

One subscription, paid by the agency supplying the labour, based on the work actually run through the platform.

If you hire on sites

Nothing. Not a free trial or a starter tier — the hirer side is not something we charge for.

It works best when the agencies you use are on the platform too. If they are not, we will happily talk to them.

If you supply labour

A subscription based on the work you run through the platform, not on how many people you give a login to.

Charging per seat means charging you for hiring a coordinator. Charging on work done goes up when you are busy and down when you are not, which is how the cost of running an agency ought to behave.

Why the hirer side is free

The usual way to sell a hirer control over agency spend is to charge them a share of what you save them, and find those savings in the agencies’ rates. It works, and it makes the supply chain pay for it.

We would rather charge the agencies for software they get value from, and give the hirer the visibility for nothing. It keeps everyone on the same side of the table, and it means we have no reason to go looking through anybody’s margins.

If we bring you work, we take a fee on it

When the platform introduces work you would not otherwise have had, we take a percentage of it. Three things that fee never applies to:

  • Your own clients. Work you brought is yours, however you run it here.
  • Repeat work. Once an introduction has turned into a relationship of your own, the fee stops.
  • Anything you did not win. It only costs when it earns.

This is for the open market, which is on the way and not running yet.

We will work the number out with you

Tell us roughly how many people you pay in a week and what you are using now, and we will give you a price and show you how we got to it.
