Friday’s hours from every agency you use, in one place, ready to approve. Your site managers stop logging into three different portals and chasing the fourth by email.
You can see where people clocked in
Every clock-in records whether the worker was on site at the time. It is on the timesheet before you approve it, not something you take on trust and check later.
Budgets that hold
Set a purchase order with a limit and a cost centre. Approved work draws it down as you go, and when it would go over, the approval stops. You find out on the day, not at month end.
Know who your suppliers are
Insurance, Companies House, VAT, REC or APSCo membership, GLA licence, Sentinel sponsorship — held against each agency and kept up to date, instead of a folder of PDFs from whenever they were onboarded.

What you requested, which agencies took it on, how many each promised, and how many actually arrived. If you are going to be short, you can see it while there is still time to fix it.
The checks happen before the shift
Compliance audits are useful, and they tell you about last month. We do the checking when somebody is booked, so a problem stops the booking there and then.
- An out-of-date card stops the booking going through.
- A rail turn that would break the rest rules is flagged before it is booked.
- The 12-week AWR clock counts from week one, per site, so equal-treatment costs are something you plan for, not something you get billed for.
- Right to work is checked once and kept, with the evidence behind it.
It is free for you
The agencies pay for Bonim, and you do not. There is no fee, no percentage of your spend, and nothing that depends on us finding savings in your suppliers’ rates.
The catch, and it is a real one: this works best when the agencies you use are on it too. If they are not, we are happy to talk to them.
Two honest notes
- We are early. We are working with a small number of hirers while we get this right, so you would be one of the first. We will show you it working instead of showing you a client list.
- This is software, not an outsourced team. Your people approve the hours, using something that makes it quick. If what you want is somebody else to run the process for you, that is a different kind of company.
