Prove it once.
Signing up with five agencies means proving the same things five times. Your cards. Your right to work. Your address. Your bank details. Again and again.
On Bonim that record is yours. It gets checked once and it goes with you.
You choose who sees it
- An agency you work for sees what it needs to book you and pay you. That is all.
- Another agency sees nothing about you unless you say yes. Nobody can go looking through a list of other agencies’ workers and find you.
- You can see every permission you have given and take any of them back. It takes effect straight away.
What you get
Your shifts
What you are booked on, and what you have been offered. Accept a shift or clock in straight from the card — no digging through menus at six in the morning.
Shifts you can just take
Some shifts go on a board that anyone with the right cards can claim. If it is there and you are qualified, it is yours when you take it.
Your hours
Send them from your phone. They still send when the signal on site is bad. You can see what has been approved, what is waiting, and anything your site has queried.
Your cards and right to work
Checked once and kept. You can see what is running out before it costs you a shift, instead of finding out at the gate.
Your bank details and NI number
Only you can see them. There is one way in and it answers for you and nobody else — not an office screen, not a report, not a spreadsheet.
Paid for what you worked
Your payslip comes from the hours you sent and the site approved. Not from a number somebody typed into a different system on Monday morning.
- Holiday builds up as you work, and you can see how much you have.
- PAYE, CIS, umbrella or your own company — all handled the same way.
- After twelve weeks in the same job you are due equal treatment. The clock counts from your first week, so it does not get forgotten.
How you get on it
Through an agency. You cannot sign yourself up — the agency you work for registers you, checks your cards and pays you, so they are the ones who set it up.
If your agency uses Bonim, ask them to sort your access out. If they do not and you would like them to, tell them. It lands better coming from you than from us.
