Industries / Water

Water and streetworks crews, with every registration checked.

Book gangs, hold each person’s registrations, record the hours, and pay and bill from them.

Water hygiene, streetworks and confined space are held separately, each with its own renewal date.

Three registrations checked on every booking.

A gang on the clean water network carries hygiene, streetworks and confined space registrations. Our system holds all three against each person and checks them together.

  • All three, every time

Each registration renews on its own date, and our software checks every one automatically when somebody is booked. You do not have to remember which is due next.

  • Digging and signing are separate

Signing and guarding is held as its own unit, so a crew qualified to excavate is not assumed qualified to sign the works. You see the gap before the crew is on the road.

  • The entry record kept with the job

The permit and the people on it sit with the booking, so it is there whenever somebody needs to see it.

What we check in water

  • Three registrations, three clocks

Hygiene, streetworks and confined space renew independently, and each gets its own warning.

  • Signing and guarding

Held as its own unit and attached to the role, so it is checked before the crew is booked.

The schemes, and how each card gets checked

Set up already, with the awarding body and the way each card is checked.

  • Checked automatically

    EUSR

Utilities registration — National Water Hygiene, and the SHEA passports for site access across water, power and gas.

  • Checked and recorded

    NRSWA / SWQR

Streetworks units for operatives and supervisors, on their own register. Signing and guarding is a separate unit from excavation.

  • Checked and recorded

    CITB

Site Safety Plus — the supervisor and manager courses, and the touchstone health, safety and environment test.

And these, added as data

Added during setup, and checked the same way as the ones above.

  • Confined spaceGraded by risk level — low, medium and high are different tickets.

Roles we set up most often

Requirements attach to the role, so the check runs on every booking. Your own list is set up during onboarding.

Streetworks operative
The NRSWA units for the work — excavation, reinstatement, signing and guarding.

Confined space entrant
Training at the risk level of the space, plus the rescue arrangements for it.
Wastewater operative
The wastewater access passport, and the trade competence.

What we can show you today

Water is set up during onboarding with your own roles and cards. We will show you the same system running for construction, rail or warehousing first.

Send us your requirements

Send us the cards and checks your water sites ask for. We will set them up in Bonim and show you the checks running.
