Industries / Telecoms

Telecoms crews, with accreditation and streetworks checked.

Book crews, hold operator accreditation and streetworks units, record the work, and pay and bill from it.

Accreditation is held per operator, so a crew is only booked onto work it is approved for.

Price work and day rate on one timesheet.

Some passes are priced and some days are day rate. Our system handles both on the same timesheet, so you are not running two systems that disagree.

  • Both ways of paying, together

Priced passes and day rate sit on one timesheet and feed one payslip and one invoice. Nothing has to be combined by hand at the end of the week.

  • Know who is approved for whom

Our software tracks which of your people are accredited for which operator and who is about to lapse. It is usually the thing that decides whether you can take the work at all.

  • Away work priced properly

Lodge, travel and standby go on the rate card rather than through expenses, so a week away does not turn into a week of admin.

What we check in telecoms

  • Accreditation per operator

Approval for one network is held separately from approval for another, and the booking checks the right one.

  • Streetworks units

Held per person and checked on the booking, the same as on any other highway work.

The schemes, and how each card gets checked

Set up already, with the awarding body and the way each card is checked.

  • Checked and recorded

    NRSWA / SWQR

Streetworks units for operatives and supervisors, on their own register. Signing and guarding is a separate unit from excavation.

  • Checked and recorded

    CITB

Site Safety Plus — the supervisor and manager courses, and the touchstone health, safety and environment test.

And these, added as data

Added during setup, and checked the same way as the ones above.

  • Operator accreditationNetwork-specific approval to work on that infrastructure. Held per operator, and the thing most likely to stop a crew.
  • Poling and overheadPole-top work, ladder and rescue competences.
  • Confined spaceFor duct, chamber and joint box work.

What we can show you today

Telecoms is set up during onboarding with your own roles and cards. We will show you the same system running for construction, rail or warehousing first.

Send us your requirements

Send us the cards and checks your telecoms sites ask for. We will set them up in Bonim and show you the checks running.
