Industries / Nuclear

Nuclear site labour, with clearance tracked from the start.

Track clearance, hold trade competence, record the hours, and pay and bill from them.

Clearance is tracked from the day it is applied for, so you can see who will be ready and when.

Every supplier through the same gate.

Everybody underneath you has to clear the same gate, and the licensee will ask you about all of them. Our system keeps clearance and competence in one place.

  • Subcontract with clearance visibleIn build

You can see who is cleared, who is in progress and who will not make the date, across every supplier. It lets you commit to a mobilisation date with something behind it.

  • One record for the licenseeIn build

Competence, clearance and induction for every supplier, in the form the question actually arrives in.

  • Long placements billed onceIn build

Measured work is billed and paid from one set of approved hours, so a placement running for months does not end up with two versions of itself.

What we check in nuclear

  • Clearance has a status

Applied for, in progress, granted or expiring. Held per worker and shown on the placement.

  • Dose and medical records

Held against the worker rather than the placement, so they follow the person between employers.

The schemes, and how each card gets checked

Set up already, with the awarding body and the way each card is checked.

  • Checked and recorded

    City & Guilds

The qualification route behind the card — inspection and testing, the wiring regulations, and the security clearances a licensed site gates on.

  • Checked and recorded

    TWI

Welder qualification and inspection — CSWIP and the coding behind pressure and structural work.

  • Checked against the scheme

    CSCS

The card most UK construction sites check at the gate. Colour and grade say what the holder is qualified to do.

  • Checked and recorded

    CITB

Site Safety Plus — the supervisor and manager courses, and the touchstone health, safety and environment test.

And these, added as data

Added during setup, and checked the same way as the ones above.

  • Site safety passportThe industry induction the site requires before anyone is briefed on.
