Industrial staffing software

Powering UK industrial staffing —from temp to perm.

We are the neutral vendor recruitment software behind efficient industrial staffing — construction, warehousing, rail and utilities.

Hours, pay, invoices, right-to-work and statutory compliance all in the same system.

Who it is for

Hold the contract. Fill it with whoever can.

You are tier one: the client’s single supplier, subcontracting what you cannot cover yourself. That is a coordination job, and it is normally done on spreadsheets and trust.

  • Run your own labour first

You are an agency too. Shifts, hours, payroll across PAYE, CIS, umbrella and limited company, invoicing and a full ledger — all of it works today for the work you deliver yourself.

  • Route what you cannot coverIn build

Pass a requirement to tier-two agencies on the platform and keep one view of the whole contract, whoever is filling it. The client still deals with you.

  • See their compliance, not their marginsIn build

Check that a subcontractor’s workers hold the right cards and that their hours add up, without either of you seeing what the other charges.

  • Self-billing that reconciles itselfIn build

Raise self-billed invoices to your tier-two suppliers from the same approved hours you billed the client for, so the two sides of the contract cannot drift apart.

  • The clock still follows the worker

Whoever employs the worker stays their employer, with the payroll and right-to-work duties. The AWR clock attaches to the site, so routing someone through a different tier-one does not reset it.

Worth knowing

We run an agency ourselves

Bonim is built by people who supply industrial labour, and our own agency runs on it. Every payroll week, every invoice and every compliance check goes through the same system you would be using, before you ever see it.

You should know that either way, so we would rather say it here than have you find it later. It means the software is tested on real hours instead of on a demo — and it means we are in the same industry as our customers, which is worth weighing up. We never route work to ourselves, and the platform earns nothing from who fills a shift.

Compliance

The checks happen before the shift

Most of the expensive mistakes in this industry are small ones spotted late. We do the checking at the point somebody is booked, so a problem stops the booking instead of turning up in an audit months later.

  • If a card expired yesterday, the booking will not go through.
  • If a rail turn would break the rest rules, we say so before it is booked.
  • The 12-week AWR clock starts counting from week one, and you get told before it runs out.
  • Right to work is checked once and reused, with the paperwork kept behind it.

Workers

And the people doing the work

Workers get an app for their shifts, their hours and their documents. Their cards and right-to-work check are done once and kept, so they are not proving the same things again every time they pick up work with someone new — and they decide who gets to see them.

Progress

What is ready

We are building this in the open, so here is where it has got to. Anything in the first row, we will show you working.

  • Ready now

Shifts and bookings. Timesheets with location. Compliance checks on cards, rest breaks and the AWR clock. Payroll across all four employment types. Invoicing and full accounts. The hiring organisation’s view of hours, spend and suppliers.

  • In build

Master vendors routing work to tier-two agencies, self-billing them, and seeing their compliance without seeing their margins. An open market for temp shifts.

  • Later

Training courses matched to the cards people are missing. Permanent placements and temp-to-perm conversion.

Come and have a look

We are working with a handful of hiring organisations, master vendors and agencies in construction and warehousing while we get this right. If you run site labour, or supply it, we would like to hear how you do it now.
